Lower Back Pain & Care Chiropractic
You don’t have to be an avid sports athlete to experience lower back pain. It can take one heavy object being lifted, one misplaced step and you lose your balance, multiple years of poor posture, or even ignoring an injury you thought was nothing at first. The pain can be dull, like an ache, rather than stinging. You could also feel it in parts of your legs and feet. You may find that sitting for extensive periods of time causes more discomfort and that some positions feel worse than others. Pain could also start in the mornings and lessen throughout the day. All of these examples are symptoms of a lower back problem.
